Hotel Policies
Guidelines for Guests
- Keep valuables in the reception safe lockers. Management is not responsible for lost belongings.
- Present valid ID proof (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID) for all adult guests during check-in.
- Ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the room.
- Hand over your room key at the reception when stepping out.
- Standard Check-in is 10:00 AM and Check-out is 9:00 AM.
Strictly Prohibited
- Outside food or parcels are strictly not allowed in rooms or hotel premises.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Loud music or disruptive noise in rooms or corridors.
- Smoking is prohibited in rooms. Please use designated open areas.
- Washing or drying clothes in the room/balcony. Paid laundry service is available.
